Terms and Conditions

Sanction to open a new Account will be at the discretion of the Sales Representative for your Region or a Director of the Company. To open an Account, you will need to complete an Application Form with two satisfactory Trade references and a Bank reference. Upon acceptance a Credit Limit will be discussed and agreed with you. Application Forms can be obtained from your Sales Representative or from our Head Office.

Payment

Account terms are thirty (30) days net.

Orders / Delivery

UK Mainland and Northern Ireland - Orders over £300.00 will be sent free of charge.

Orders are sent by Letter Post, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or by our Carrier.

Special 'timed' Deliveries can also be provided. These will be charged at cost.

Breakages and Returns

Claims must be made in writing to us within seven (7) days of Delivery.

Title Claim

All goods remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for.

The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery, but the ownership of the goods shall remain with A. Jacobson and Co Ltd until full payment has been received from the buyer, (each Order being considered as a whole).

In the event of non-payment, the Company shall be entitled to repossess the goods unless they have been subject to prior re-sale, in which case the Company shall be entitled to the proceeds of re-sale in the hands of the buyer or any liquidator, receiver or trustee in the bankruptcy of the buyer.

Over 90% of the Jewellery shown is the copyright of Historic Originals Ltd. As every piece is designed and conceived at great expense, any breeches of the copyright will be prosecuted. The copyright extends to manufacture in any materials, which includes Silver, Gold, Pewter, Base Metals and other materials.
